Mick has the ability to turn his hand from digging out and putting in the foundations to adding the roof; with everything in between for his potential customers across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas of the East Midlands.
Mick stays abreast with current building regulations to ensure his customers are aware of the current building legislation; and if necessary apply for permission with the local council for changes to the property, so there are no nasty surprises should you wish to sell.
Mick prices all his jobs for materials and labour as customer requirements. The only reason the price would change is if the customer asked for some major changes or extras.
